Reflector

With Reflector, transform your Mac into a Google Cast, AirPlay or Miracast receiver and wirelessly mirror and record the screen of your iPhone at up to 60 fps.

It features multiple device screen mirroring and frame control options and works with iOS 11/10//9/8. Create tutorials, video demos and walkthroughs, add voice and webcam videos, embed frames and directly stream your screen via YouTube. The app costs $6.99 but you can try it for free for seven days.

The AnyTrans app is a nice pick if you want to show your content on a bigger screen in real time. Capture all operations on your iPhone, choose a resolution, create high-quality recordings without watermarks, generate GIFs and save your screenshots in the formats you need.

Edit and blur your images, insert comments and highlight important parts. AnyTrans is free of charge, however, if you want to get the extended functionality, try it for free for five days and then buy it at $29.99 per year. It works with iOS 13/12/11/10/9/8/7/6/5.

QuickTime

Display what exactly you see on iPhone

QuickTime Player comes preinstalled on your Mac and it boasts a number of hidden features. Connect your device to your Mac using the Lightning cable packaged with your iPhone to capture the screen and mirror it on a larger screen. Make video recordings and video demos, review games, create slideshows and add voice via a microphone. Choose File > New Movie Recording, configure the settings and switch the FaceTime HD Camera to iPhone. The trick works for iOS 8 or later.
