Mini-LED iMac Pro Is To Launch This Summer
According to some reports, Apple was previously going to release a new long-awaited redesigned iMac Pro with mini-LED technology this spring. The machine was expected to be introduced at Apple's annual spring event. However, its spring debut may be delayed until the summer.
Mark Gurman, Bloomberg's tech reporter, has recently suggested that the spring event may be focused on iPhone SE with 5G connectivity, a mini-LED iMac or Mac mini powered by silicon chips and updated iPad Air with a refreshed A-series chip.
Ross Young, an analyst from Display Supply Chain Consultants, has posted that the new Mini-LED iMac Pro is expected to come out in August at the earliest.
It seems that the device could be introduced at the WWDC (Apple Worldwide Developers Conference) 2022. The rumours indicate that panel shipment may be expected in June whereas the iMac Pro may be revealed in August or September.
As the data shows, the upcoming 27-inch model is likely to take an "iMac Pro" name. Also, it could work on powerful M1 Pro and M1 Max chips and it could boast an updated design, slimmer black bezels and new colour options. Moreover, the machine may have fewer mini-LED zones than iPad Pro and MacBook Pro.
Let's keep calm and wait a bit. We'll inform you of any updates.
