Seashore is an open source tool designed to provide users with a flexible and feature rich platform for editing multiple types of image formats.

Seashore supports multiple image formats for both editing and saving actions, including GIMP images, GIF, TIFF, PNG and JPEG. Layer adds that extra flexibility users are looking for. The application also includes built-in image effects comprehensively grouped in blur, color adjust, color effect, enhance, generate, halftone, stylize.
Program preferences window allows users to configure effects in a dialog, setup draw and default new image settings as well as colors.
