PhotoScissors is an image editing utility that might come in handy if you need to easily cut out a certain area from a still picture and export it to your local directories.
All you need to do is to import the image you wish to edit, select the areas you need to keep the original picture (use the green marker) and select the sections you want to remove (use the red marker). The app will immediately show you a preview of the resulting photo.
PhotoScissors also gives you access to several output settings on the right side of its interface. You can crop the resulting image, add visual effects, etc.
Unfortunately, you cannot export any pictures if you're using the trial version of the program. So, you can't be 100% sure that the app preserves the quality of the edited image. Also, the program doesn't offer you support for formats like PSD or SVG and lacks an integrated help manual.
Hence, I'd say you should look for a different image editor for your Mac. You can easily find cheaper alternatives that provide you with more features and work 100%.
