This is a project management system that will keep track of all of your contacts and hold all of the data pertaining to a project or projects in one place.

One project usually has a lot of information associated with it. Even a small project will include contacts, planning notes, development stages, and inspection conclusion. Even the bare minimum may take up an entire notebook dedicated to a project. Larger projects are broken into smaller projects with their own time frames and progress goals. A project manager at any given time should be able to report the exact state of the entire project and the state of smaller parts of this project. All of those problems can be solved with using an effective project management system. Pagico gives you an opportunity to split projects by your criteria into separate databases. Within each database file, you can create and manage multiple projects. Some of the projects may share information, such as contacts, files, and timelines.

The program's interface is very intuitive and includes all the information that is current to your daily activities and the project. Along with the project, you can manage your to-do and might-do lists. Upcoming deadlines are clearly indicated on the main timeline. Projects can be color-coded as well.

Each of the projects may include any type of data it needs. The program lets you modify the top 4 file types of files you would like to add to a project. So a web project may have Photoshop documents embedded, while a construction project may include contracts in .doc files. Any other type of the file can be added. Opening those files will require the associated program be installed on your computer, obviously.

There is one disadvantage to using this program: it was not designed to be mobile. You cannot take your data with you on the go, it can only be accessed through your Mac computer. It would be nice if the developers in the future version include an app for Android or iPhone phones, so you can see the timeline and tasks while commuting to work for example.
