Pagico is way more than just a task manager. Besides helping you keep track of your daily assignments, this program also provides you with solutions for linking tasks to documents, connecting various types of actions to your contacts, and so much more.
Before using this utility on your Mac you need to select the default language. This option can always be changed from the Preferences panel of the program. Another thing you need to do before creating to-do lists or notes is to log in to your Pagico account. You can use the app without logging to an account, but you cannot back up the stored data if the app's not connected to a Pagico account.
You can sort your to-dos into groups based on project type (home, work, etc.), link assignments to your local files, connect tasks to your contacts, etc. All of the entered information is being stored in a database that can be saved to your local folders.
My only issue with this program is the fact that it doesn't feature an option to export to-do lists or notes. Still, you can print them directly from the app's main window.
All in all, I think Pagico is a great solution for anyone who's dealing with busy schedules and wish to easily keep track of daily tasks and notes. It's feature-rich, easy-to-use, and comes with a reasonable price.
