IconFly Desktop is an easy-to-use application designed to generate different type of icons from images for OS X.
It supports different file formats as source for your icons: PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, ICNS, PSD, EPS, and PDF. The newly created icons can be previewed in Dock.
