iClipboard is an excellent clipboard manager for the Mac. A clipboard manager is an app that can keep track of all the things that you copy on your Mac, and you can then select which one you want to paste.
iClipboard can be accessed in two different ways. The first one is the menu bar. If you click on the application icon up on your menu bar, you will see a list of options and a list of recent clippings. You can select any of your clippings to paste it in the active application. The second way to access your clippings is called the "Shelf". This is a collapsable window located on the right side of your screen. This window shows every clipping you made, and it displays a control bar below each clipping. You can paste the clippings onto activate applications by either double-clicking on them or by clicking the first button of the bar. One feature that differentiates iClipboard from similar managers is that it lets you create projects. This means that you can save certain clippings into certain projects to keep them grouped for easier access.

It is never a bad idea to have a clipboard manager running if you copy and paste a lot throughout the day. You never know when you might need something you copied a couple of hours ago.
