HiddenMe 2.1

HiddenMe is a program designed for Mac users who wish to conceal desktop icons with minimum effort. This Menu Bar utility comes in handy if you intend to record a software tutorial or game walkthrough and need to quickly hide all icons from your screen.

The application sits quietly on your Menu Bar from where you can change the way it operates. You have access to options to hide and reveal desktop icons, add the program to the list containing system startup items, and automatically conceal all icons at Mac login.

Another useful feature is the ability to define a global hotkey to immediately hide all icons from your desktop. This way, you don't need to go to your Menu Bar and access the program's option to conceal the icons; you do it by hitting the defined keys.

The only thing that bothers me about this program is the fact that it might take a while to open the Global Hotkey window.
