Info updated on:

GIFlas‪h is an application that helps you generate animated GIFs from video or images. The utility is very intuitive, so you can manage it with ease even if you don't have any prior experience with this type of tools. You will find all settings conveniently displayed on the main window for fast access and configuration.

Therefore, all you need to do is load the source files for your GIF project, tweak a few settings, and save your creation. When dealing with images, you have the ability to set the loop count, the interval between pictures, and the background. In addition, you can bring different-sized pictures to the same width and height dimensions.

Making GIF files from a video is just as easy as it is with images. Once the video is imported, you are informed about the duration, the number of frames, and the image resolution. The interval between frames is determined automatically, yet you can adjust the frequency according to your preferences. The utility supports previewing and browsing the frames. Optionally, you can remove unwanted frames so they won't appear in your GIF. When all settings are done, you just press the Export button to create your GIF. Unfortunately, the tool doesn't save your project at an intermediate stage so that you can continue it later. If you quit the app before enabling the conversion to GIF, you lose all your work.

In short, this application offers a simple solution to make your own GIFs from personal images and video files. It is easy to use and straightforward, adapted to all users.
