DriveDx is a Mac application that provides you with accurate details regarding the current state of your SSDs (Solid-State Drives) and HDDs (Hard Disk Drives).
Once you launch the tool it automatically scans your drive for information and reveals it on its main window. Besides showing general details about your drive (volumes, serial number, total capacity, etc.), it offers you info regarding the capabilities of your device (SMART support, ATA version, etc.), the current temperature, and much more.
Furthermore, you can check the health indicators list and find out if your drive passed the tests. The app points out the health indicators that are most likely to trigger a potential drive issue (all health indicators are labeled with OK, WARNING, FAILING or FAILED).
DriveDx also keeps track of all the errors it encountered while scanning your device and allows you to save the offered drive health reports to your local drives.
All in all, DriveDx provides you with a quick and efficient way to test the current state of your drives. The app is simple to use, offers accurate reports, and comes with a fair cost.

I like this application, it is easy to use and gives me valuable and continuously updated information about the state of my drives (one of them is apparently failing, so I can keep a watchful eye on this one).
