App Cleaner is a Mac utility designed to help you permanently remove programs along with their associated files from your computer.

This tool might prove to be of good use if you want to easily reclaim disk space on your Mac by deleting the apps you no longer find necessary.

The program immediately scans your Applications folder and reveals a list showing all of the installed tools plus their associated files (preferences files, cache data, etc.). You can use the built-in search tool to immediately locate the tools you want to uninstall from your Mac.

App Cleaner might also prove to be of good use if you wish to quickly delete the files that were left behind after uninstalling a program incorrectly (for instance, by sending the program in question to Trash). Another great advantage is that you can remove files that are being associated with a tool to reset the utility in question to a first-launch state.

My only issue with this program is the fact that its trial version is quite limited. To be more exact, you cannot completely uninstall any tool within your Mac while using the trial version of the utility. You can only delete preferences files, cache or other types of data that are being associated with the program in question.

Still, according to dozens of favorable reviews on the Mac App Store page of the product, the utility completes any given task once you acquire the full version of App Cleaner. Plus, the acquiring price is very reasonable. I'd say it's worth a try.
