GaragePay lets you manage your Paypal payments from your desktop. If you have a Premier or Business PayPal account, you can download, view, search and archive all your PayPal payments for safekeeping. The application lets you browse them by Payer, Receiver, Date or Amount. You can also narrow the list by type (incoming, outgoing, neutral, bills). There is a search field that can come in handy when the number of payments is too large to browse them manually. Each payment report includes the following information: the amount of money paid and shipping fee (if applicable), the status of the payment, its type, date, ID, invoice number, the address and e-mail of the payer or the recipient.
From the application, you can send money or refund a transaction. To send money, the application uses the MassPay PayPal API. You won't be able to cancel or dispute the payment if you use this app to send money and there will be a fee. You should keep this in mind before sending payments using any PayPal app.
When you launch the application for the first time, you are given the option to start with your PayPal account information or with a sample database so that you can learn how to use the application. The sample file includes 10 transactions and details for every one of them.
