xNeKo is a finance application designed for invoicing services of rental objects (apartments, offices, etc.). It also works for objects when only the service must be paid. Beside the simple and intuitive operation, the utility has a great flexibility. Older objects, different contracts or additional changes can make the calculation very complex.
