Info updated on:

Web Snapper is a program that helps you take snapshots of webpages so that you can access them when you're on the road or don't have an Internet connection signal. The app is very easy to use, supports drag-and-drop action and batch processing, and offers you the results you need within moments.

After you drag-and-drop the URLs of the pages you wish to capture, the utility lets you choose from various output formats for the resulted snapshot (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, etc.). There's also an option to send an image copy of the webpage via email, without saving the web capture on your computer.

Another advantage is the fact that the app preserves the original layout of the webpage. You can use the Mac's default image viewer to remove a picture or text content from the captured page.

Furthermore, Web Snapper provides you with an option to automatically save the webpage captures to the selected destination folder. More precisely, the app exports webpage snapshots as soon as you drag-and-drop the URLs over the program's interface.

The program also gives you direct access to the homepage of Safari and Chrome extensions, plug-ins which were created by the same developer. These add-ons provide you with a much quicker way to take snapshots of websites, without the need to launch the Web Snapper tool.
