ToolTip Manager is a graphical user interface that allows users to modify the display delay of OS X Tooltips. With Tiger 10.4, the delay modification does not affect the behaviour of tooltips in iTunes or Finder. With Snow Leopard 10.6, the delay modification does not affect the behaviour of tooltips in iTunes.
ToolTip Manager is a simple graphical user interface allowing you to modify OS X Tooltips display delay.
The new delay is in force at next launch of each application.
