I have constant problems downloading my bank statements with Striata. The Striata windows open on the screen and then won't close. As long as it's opened I cannot open the next statement. I can get it to disappear by clicking on "Hide" until I try to download another statement, and it pops up again and won't let me enter my ID into the bank request box. any suggestions. I have a Mac.
