Spreadsheet Server is a centralized automation and reporting solution that connects to an ERP database to bring information directly into the native spreadsheet environment. Using a preconfigured add-in for Microsoft Excel and compatible for integration with a wide range of popular ERP systems, Spreadsheet Server eliminates any re-entry or uploading of business data. Users are not only allowed to create reports in a familiar workspace, but can also dive into the details of ERP without the need for specialized IT knowledge. By combining GL and non-GL data into a single spreadsheet, the Spreadsheet Server QueryExchange component provides an online repository of preconfigured queries that can be aggregated using the Built-in SmartPak.In addition, the built-in QueryDesigner promises usefulness and ease of use for non-technical users to create, design, and manage custom relational database queries. These custom queries and several preconfigured formulas can be combined to work seamlessly in one spreadsheet. The spreadsheet server also facilitates report sharing by integrating the most common workflow operations into Excel, through Delivery Manager. Here, users can print, copy orders, and even compose emails with attachments while planning for a more automated delivery process.
