SimpleDockClock is a free analog clock for the dock. Simply add SimpleDockClock.app to Login Items in the Accounts panel in System Preferences to run it automatically every time you login. The appearance of the clock is customizable. Also the application allows you to change the dimensions, origins, etc.
Configure Application Dock Tile tool disables the "Show in Dock" function.
