Sim Daltonism is a Mac tool designed for users who wish to see what is it like dealing with color blindness. The program places a window on your screen and allows you to visualize the colors from your desktop as they are perceived by people with various types of color blindness.

Its interface is very intuitive so it doesn't require to take a trip to reach a help manual in order to learn how to handle it. You can choose between different view modes depending on the color blindness condition and easily adjust the refresh speed if necessary.

In my testing, the program worked flawlessly and revealed accurate color alterations based on my selections. What's more, it used minimum CPU resources while converting the files to the selected color blindness profile.

Another important advantage is that the utility can filter movies in real time.

Other than that, not much more can be said about this Mac application. It's open source, simple to use, and works great.

Hence, it's worth installing Sim Daltonism on your computer if you ever need to visualize colors as they're perceived by people dealing with color blindness problems.
