SafariCookieCutter is a simple cookie editor for Apple's new Safari Web browser. SafariCookieCutter allows any user to add cookies to Safari's cookie database, edit existing cookies, and delete cookies.
Cookies are persistent objects stored on your computer by the Web browser. Web servers use them to save data between sessions and then query the data back later. Cookies have some positive uses, such as remembering user names and passwords, but they can also be used for some sites (usually advertisers) to track your Web surfing habits. Cookie editors facilitate adding cookies to the system, and removing the ones you don't want.
SafariCookieCutter also allows you to see the raw details about the cookies sites have placed on your computer, which was a feature of Safari 1.0 through 5.0 but was taken out of 5.1 for some reason.
