Pretty Good Solitaire is a collection of solitaire games. It features different types of the famous card game. I used to play a lot of Spider Solitaire when I was a Windows user, and Pretty Good Solitaire comes with that game. Some of the other available variations are: Accordion, Ace of Hearts, Aces and Kings, Aces Up, Acquaintance, Agnes Bernauer, Angel Sorel, Arizona, and more. There are 350 different games in total.
To start playing a game, you should double click on its name on the game list. A new window will come up with that game. Pretty Good Solitaire keeps statistics about the games that you play. It will record how many times you have played, how many times you have won, the percentage of winning games, etc. You can also take a snapshot of a game from within the application so that you can brag about a good game.
One interesting feature is that you can access the help center of the toolbar on the top part of the screen. The help center contains instructions on how to play each of the available games.
In short, Pretty Good Solitaire is a great collection of solitaire games. It features nice graphics, help, and statistics.
Solitaire done right, with 300+ game variants, slick graphics, and a user interface that's been designed especially with the Mac in mind.
