This application is, as its name clearly states, an image duplicate finder that comes in handy whenever you wish to clean up your photo library of file copies and reclaim disk space.

You can scan local drives as well as external storage devices for photo duplicates, sort the found files according to your requirements, and permanently delete the unnecessary image copies from your Mac.

After you select the folder you wish to scan for photo duplicates, the app immediately starts scanning for image copies and reveals the results nicely organized into groups. Each batch contains the original image along with the correspondent file copies which you can preview before removing from your computer.

I like the fact that you can preview, sort, and select multiple files for deletion with just a few clicks. Furthermore, the program doesn't send the selected duplicates to your Trash app. Instead, it deletes all found file copies from your system without leaving any trace behind.

The only aspect that I don't like about this system utility is that it doesn't allow me to select multiple folders at once for scan.

To sum things up, this program proves to be a reliable solution when it comes to finding and removing photo duplicates from your Mac computer. The application brings easy to configure scanning settings, immediately provides you with the results you require, and is free of charge.
