Phoenix Slides is a free program that automatically locates all images within any folder you select, gives you detailed information regarding each photo and presents all pictures of a certain folder as a slideshow.
The interface is simple and straightforward, therefore, any user would easily manage it. All you have to do in order to use this application is to select the folder containing the photos you wish to visualize and click the "Slideshow" button; you can set the program to auto-advance the images at any interval you like, display the photos in their actual size or choose another background color, this way, improving the quality of your presentations.
Additionally, the application allows you to move files and to make aliases directly from the program’s interface; though, be careful to check the option box from the Preferences menu.
