This version is actually the 2014 version. The program has not been updated since then.
This version has a 32 bit component in it's installer, and thus cannot be installed on newer MAC OS (monterey, etc.).
Apple dropped support for 32-bit applications in macOS Catalina and the last macOS to support them was Mojave.
