nLyrics is a free iTunes companion. Working in conjunction with iTunes, it can download lyrics and synchronize them in Karaoke style. It can download artworks from the Internet for the songs lacking them. It can also convert tags encodings to UTF8 such that iTunes can correctly recognize them. Last but not least, it's the best iTunes companion ever!
Very simple piece of software that just shows the lyrics that iTunes is playing in a window.
