Newton Mail is an email client that allows you to connect to multiple accounts simultaneously. The tool has a beautiful minimalistic design and it will not cause any trouble to anyone. It supports multiple types of email protocols (IMAP, Exchange and POP3), which allows it to connect to Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, iCloud, Google Apps, OWA, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and AOL, among other services. Fortunately, your settings are stored on the Cloud, so there is no need to reconfigure the app when you switch devices.

This client comes with various features that allow managing your messages with more ease. One of the most convenient is that you can have all your messages in a unified inbox. Moreover, they can be shown as threads for a better follow-up of your interchanges. Fortunately, it lets you hide a given message for some time until you are ready to deal with it. Likewise, some messages can be postponed and sent upon schedule. What is more, you may be notified when your messages are read by their recipients.

Other useful features related to managing messages are a powerful search engine and the possibility to download the selected email folders to your machine, which lets you access them while you are offline.

As to security and privacy, it is good that the application can be locked using a PIN, which prevents unauthorized people from accessing your messages. However, as it appears in its privacy policy, the company has access to all your mail, which gets stored in their servers. more
