Spec Check Utility is designed to analyze movie files submitted to National Cinemedia for on-screen advertising. This is a tool for both Sales Operations and clients of NCM to help determine if their movie file meets NCM Specs. It simply helps filter out basic OUT OF SPEC movie files before they are submitted to NCM.
