Metadata Localization is an app that translates metadata using Google translation. The translated output can be saved in a format usable by fastlane. You just need to launch Metadata Localization, type the app name, the keywords, or the description on the default text fields, and click on the 'Google Translate All' button. Then, you can click the 'Export' button and copy the output files to use and integrate them with fastlane.
