Menu Bar Tint is a little application for those who don't want a translucent menu bar when working with Mac OS X and have thus made it opaque. Once you do that, you'll notice that the menu bar has become very white, and that it looks very plain. You can even have the menu bar's tint depend on whether your mouse hovers over it.
