Lock Me Now is a useful application that enables you to block other users from accessing data within your Mac.

This free piece of software comes with one single purpose and that's to lock your Mac and help you protect valuable information with just one click.

Once you launch the program, a new icon will appear on your status bar and from there you can either lock your Mac or you can configure the application's settings according to your needs.
This tool comes in handy whenever you're at work and you intend to take a break from your project; by locking your Mac, you will prevent other co-workers from accessing information you wish to keep private. All you need to do in order to achieve this goal is to click the "Lock" button from the main menu of the application or enter the defined hotkeys for this particular task (you can assign a hotkey for the Lock action by going to Preferences).
