LilyView is a Mac program that enables you to browse photo folders with minimum effort. This application comes as an alternative to viewing images with the help of the Mac Preview app (a default image viewer). Unfortunately, LilyView actually brings you much fewer features than the Preview app, and isn't free of charge.
The application works with a wide variety of image formats, lets you browse the content of photo folders by using your keyboard, and allows you to rotate pictures according to your requirements. Furthermore, the program lets you zoom in or out of any selected photo, view it in fullscreen mode, and print pictures directly from its interface.
Other than that, not much more can be said about this program. Unlike Preview, this app doesn't let you export input files to other formats, duplicate pictures, resize photos, crop or annotate images.
To me, buying this program for my Mac seems to be a waste of money, even if LilyView comes with an affordable price. The same features plus many others can be found within the Mac Preview app, a program that's also free to use for unlimited time.
