LaunchpadCleaner is a simple and effective tool for keeping your Mac OS X Launchpad organised. LaunchpadCleaner lets you remove/rename/backup/restore All your Launchpad icons, you can even transfer your Launchpad layout to another mac!

Launchpad uses your standard Desktop background for launchpad, but you can apply Blur or Greyscale filters by pressing cmd + b whilst the launchpad is active.
