Invisor 3.3

Invisor is a program designed for Mac users who need to learn technical details about their media files.

This application works with a wide variety of audio, video, and image formats, lets you compare the technical details of two files, and copy to clipboard file info whenever it's necessary.

After you select the files you wish to inspect, the program displays the fetched info in two panels: General and Extended. Within the last mentioned panel, you can find a more detailed report containing data about the device that captured the correspondent file, additional EXIF info (valid for image files), frame count (for music files), and many other.

Another good aspect about Invisor is that it allows you to export the gathered file data to various output formats, like HTML, TXT, XML, etc.

The only bad thing I got to say about this program is the fact that it occasionally fails to display advanced info about several media formats. In my testing, I selected an HDR image file and the app showed me info that can easily be found with Mac's Finder, like creation date, size, and location.

In my opinion it's definitely worth acquiring Invisor as it offers a very simple yet effective way to find detailed info about your songs, movies, and photos. The application brings a user-friendly interface, lets you print the offered file info, and comes with a reasonable price.
