Highlighter is a tool to assist with presentations or recorded tutorials. A red circle surrounds your mouse as it moves about the display.

The circle flashes blue when the mouse is clicked and the area beneath the circle is magnified 30%. Shortcuts are provided to turn the circle on/off and the magnification on/off. Shortcuts work with the small Control Panel minimized.
