Heart Bubbles is a nice application which allows you to add Floating Heart Bubbles to your screen. With this app you can add life to your Desktop instead of the boring static wallpaper.

You can enjoy Popping the bubbles with your mouse and control where your bubbles float. There are 3 different layers: floating in Desktop only, between your windows or over all your windows.
