Hapix Player is a Mac application that lets you listen to your favorite tunes on your computer. The program comes with waveform visualization mode, provides you with a straightforward interface, and brings an integrated voice recorder.
You have access to several audio settings for adjusting sound volume, playback speed, and pitch level. The app also enables you to zoom in the waveform display so that you can get a better look at the song's changes in amplitude over a certain amount of time.
The built-in voice recorder wasn't designed to help you create audiobooks or similar files. This utility only lets you record your voice for a certain period of time without giving you the option to save the result as an audio file for later use.
Sadly, the application comes with a serious amount of flaws: it lacks an integrated audio equalizer, it supports only four formats (MP3, AIF, M4A, WAV), and it doesn't allow you to create music playlists.
As a consequence, I'd suggest you to try other audio players when it comes to listening to songs on your Mac computer. Hapix Player lacks too many useful features and even though it comes without a price tag, it still isn't worth a try.
