GoodTask enables you to easily keep tracks of your daily reminders, to-dos, and appointment details. The tool features a user-friendly interface, communicates well with Mac's Calendar and Reminders utilities, and provides you with a helpful guide.

The first thing you need to do after installing GoodTask on your computer is to go to Mac's System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy. Enable the GoodTask options for both Calendars and Reminders. Once you complete the aforementioned steps, the tool will automatically import the data that's being stored in Mac's Calendar and Reminders utilities.

In my testing, everything worked smoothly. You don't need much computer experience to configure the tool's settings according to your needs and GoodTask immediately completes any given task.

Two things you need to take into consideration before buying this tool for your Mac: you can find cheaper solutions (still, they aren't as feature-rich and intuitive as this tool) and the fact that GoodTask lacks an option to export the stored information to any kind of file format.

If none of the aforementioned aspects mean anything to you, then GoodTask is the utility for you. It's easy-to-use, effective, and feature-rich.
