GoodTask enables you to easily keep track of your calendar events and reminders. By using this program on your Mac, you decrease the chances of forgetting about the important events (birthdays, family trips or get-togethers, etc.) in your life as well as business meetings, project deadlines, etc.

This utility communicates well with Mac's Reminders and Calendar tools. So, before using GoodTask on your computer, you first need to grant it access to your system data. To be more exact, you need to go to System Preferences - > Security & Privacy -> Privacy and select the GoodTask tool from the Calendars and Reminders panels. Then, you can launch the utility on your Mac and start monitoring your events and reminders.

You also have access to a quick way to add new reminders and to-dos to the program's records. Click the "+" button from the upper-right side of the interface and enter the necessary info. You can sort the stored details according to your needs, use the search tool to quickly locate a certain event or reminder info, and access the built-in help guide whenever you like.

Two things you need to consider before buying the utility for your Mac: you can find cheaper solutions and the fact that it doesn't provide you with a quick way to export the stored info (you can export data by going to File -> Print and selecting one of the "Save As" options).

Still, GoodTask might come in handy if you're the type of person who is dealing with busy schedules on a daily basis and help you easily monitor your to-dos and reminders.
