After launching this application, a small window will appear where you can state the desired time you want to block the Internet access (time of freedom), from 15 and up to 480 minutes. By selecting the maximum time, you can easily disconnect your Mac from the Internet for the whole working time (standard daily work time - eight hours).

However, if your work requires network connection, Freedom can help you out by providing you with the possibility to select the "Local Access" mode instead of the "Normal Mode" which blocks every connection (both Internet and network access).
