Info updated on:

Filmwizard is intended for creating movies. More specifically, the application allows merging multiple media sources, such as video and audio files, pictures and screen recording, into a video. In this respect, it supports importing practically all of the most popular video, audio and picture formats.

It is a good idea to create a resource library before actually composing your video. As said, you can import picture, audio and video files. Likewise, you can record videos directly from your computer screen. In this regard, you can capture just a region or the entire screen. In addition, it is possible to record the accompanying sound.

The tool’s main screen is quite similar to those of other video editors. There is the timeline, on which you can place the previously imported resources. Video and audio recordings can be trimmed to extract a segment or divide them into several smaller clips. Additionally, you can insert text and shapes. Luckily, it supports working with multiple tracks and creating overlays. Besides, there are transitions you can use to connect resources more smoothly. As you create your video, it is excellent that you can preview your work on the fly.

Once your video looks as you intended, you can proceed to export it. Unfortunately, the application does not support such a wide range of formats (MP4 and QuickTime). In addition to video, you can also create sound files (M4A, MP3 and WAV). There is also the possibility of uploading the clip to various media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and Flickr. more
