Eye monitor is a fully automated fatigue monitor and reminder. The application can determine whether you are using Mac automatically by analyzing your behavior such as mouse move, scroll wheel move and key press. The indicator in Dock or status bar indicate your real-time fatigue. If you continuously use Mac, the Fatigue figure will rise until 100%. You need to have a rest (not using computer) so you can decrease the Fatigue value.
