This application is reusing the Arduino SDK utility and provides you with all the additionally required tools and headers in one package. The Arduino eclipse plugin is easy to set up and easy to use. It has the same icons for verifying, uploading and serial monitoring as the Arduino IDE.
The open-source Arduino environment makes it easy to write code and upload it to the I/O board.
