DocWallet is an efficient program for Mac users who travel a lot and require easy access to their confidential documents, no matter their current location. This application can store images, PDF documents, files created with Microsoft Office, and many others.
Before importing documents to DocWallet you need to enter a master password which grants you access to the stored files whenever you require. It's important to set an easy to remember yet safe password because the developers of this app doesn't offer you any solution to reclaim it if you forget it.
This application immediately encrypts any loaded file and syncs across your phone or iPad. The main difference between using DocWallet instead of Dropbox is that the first one is a secure document manager with an encrypted Cloud functionality. To be more exact, only authorized devices can access the stored data (not even DocWallet developers can't access the stored files).
Furthermore, the program offers you an easy way to organize all stored documents into groups. However, DocWallet lacks an integrated search tool which might prove to be of good use when the app stores a large amount of files and you require assistance in finding a certain document.
Another think I don't like is that you need to make an in-app purchase to be able to sync stored data across other devices.
All in all, DocWallet proves to be a smart addition to users who need quick and easy to their presentations, medical records, contracts, etc.
