WXtoImg is a software application that decodes weather satellite signals and converts them into stunning colour images. It is compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X and can be used with a 137-138MHz FM communications receiver, scanner, or weather satellite receiver. It features real-time decoding, map overlays, advanced colour, recording, decoding, editing, and viewing.

Unfortunately as of early July the Keps source changed its URL to .com and there's no way to now import new Keps into WXtoImg.
