Wondershare PDF Editor is a utility that allows you to easily modify and convert PDF files. You can use it to edit the text and images from a PDF or to convert the entire file to other formats.
The program's interface is very similar to other editors having all the buttons at the top of the screen and a sidebar on the right.

It comes with full editing features: you can add and remove text, assign URL and page links to selected words, place sticky notes and text boxes, highlight areas of special importance and so on. Also, when editing the text the system will automatically detect the font in the original text and match the newly added text with it. Concerning images, you can crop them, modify their size or their contrast.

Because of the multitude of similar programs on the market the conversion feature doesn't have too much to offer. It can transform PDF files to Microsoft Word format only. There is a Pro version that includes more output formats such as Excel, PPT, EPUB and HTML, but it costs $99.95. Although it does its job right, many users may find this program a bit overpriced, considering there are online services that do this for free.
