Wondershare DVD Creator is a very nice DVD authoring software. It allows you to convert your video files or even pictures into a DVD movie that you can play on any DVD player and also, of course, on any computer with a DVD drive.
Wondershare DVD Creator lets you add menus to your projects. There are over 10 dynamic templates, which are menus with animations and that show your video playing on the back. You can preview these menus straight from within the application. You can eve add music to the menus by dragging an audio of video file.
When you are done creating your movie, you can either burn it using the built-in DVD burner or save it to an image file, which you can later burn with another DVD burning app, or play it with VLC.
As far as format support goes, most standard definition files should work well. I tested the app with an AVI file, and it was opened just fine.
The only thing I would add to this app is support for SRT subtitles. Then it would be perfect.
