Vox 2.2

Vox is a nicely designed and feature-rich music player for Mac that comes as an alternative to listening songs with iTunes.

This program supports a wide variety of audio formats, allows you to create playlists and save them for later use, lets you listen to dozens of international radio stations, and much more.

The first thing I noticed when I tested the application was that it offered a very simple way to add music to playback list, import tracks from iTunes, and manage playlists. You can use the integrated equalizer to adjust the player settings according to your needs, enable Shuffle option if necessary, and search for songs within your music collection. What's more, you can control the music being played withing Vox directly from your Mac's Menu Bar.

Another amazing aspect about this tool is that it also allows you to log in to your SoundCloud accounts and listen to music directly from Vox's interface. The program displays the latest song uploads as well as your Likes list.

The only thing you need to pay to use within this app is the radio utility (quite cheap). After making the in-app purchase, you can listen to various radio stations from all over the world from this player's main window.

All in all, Vox proves to be a capable tool and a nice addition to my collection of Mac apps. The program offers an amazing music playback experience with the help of its appealing interface, numerous amount of useful features, and support for dozens of audio formats.
