TextCipher is a simple tool that helps you encrypt and decrypt text-based content and images. The application is designed to protect highly important information by means of several encryption algorithms. This way, you will prevent the information from being disclosed to unauthorized users.

The interface is plain and easy to use. You just need to enter the text into the input box, choose your favorite encoding mode out of the five algorithms available and enable the encryption. As a consequence, the application turns the text into an incomprehensible string of characters, which you can share securely with other users. Decrypting the information requires the same simple steps, but taken in the inverse order. All you need to know is the algorithm that was used during the encryption process. Besides text, the program also supports images. Unfortunately, you can work only with PNG files, since other image formats can't be encoded. Once an image is encrypted, you can delete the original file – the picture won't be lost, as the utility has the ability to decipher the string and restore the image to its initial display.

With a straightforward approach, TextCipher can be managed easily by any user, regardless of the computer-related competence one may have. The application is designed to protect crucial information, so that you can share it securely with specific recipients.
