TeamViewer is one of the most popular multi-platform tools designed for remote computing. This program might prove to be of good use if you need to immediately connect to someone else's computer to fix a problem or show a user how to complete a certain task.
The utility is packed with many useful features. For example, it enables you to share documents directly from its interface, record sessions, schedule meetings, chat with other users, and so much more.
It's my go-to utility for sharing my screen for remote support and I've never encountered any connection issues. Another great aspect is that it's very intuitive, so even a beginner user can easily remotely connect to another Mac with this tool.
A thing that bothers me about this version is the fact that you need to restart the utility in order to apply settings changes. Furthermore, you might need to spend a great amount of money if you want to have access to more features than the personal edition has to offer.
However, I still think TeamViewer is one of the best solutions for remote computing as it provides you with quality service and is very simple to handle. It's up to you to decide which program version is the best for you.
